This transaction does not affect NewFields Brasil, which is an independent company and has been operating in the Brazilian market for over 18 years. With 5 offices in the country and hundreds of projects completed both in Brazil and abroad, we continue to offer intelligence services for highly complex environmental projects to major corporations and law firms. Our digital platform EnviroAsset, developed exclusively, also remains unchanged. We maintain our direct collaboration with NewFields Mining Design & Technical Services, present in the USA, NewFields Servicios de México, and NewFields Canada, which are also not part of the negotiation with ERM.
